When engaging our services, clients are responsible for: • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and materials required for the project. • Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes. • Ensuring they hold the rights to any third-party content, images, or assets supplied to us. • Making payments in accordance with the agreed schedule. Delays caused by a client's failure to meet these responsibilities may result in revised timelines and additional charges.

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals and contracts. General terms include: • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project work begins. • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to final handover or go-live. • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. • Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. In the event of termination: • You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date, including any third-party costs incurred. • Any deposit paid is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. • We will provide all completed work and files upon receipt of all outstanding payments.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
